Items that are eligible for a refund are to be returned within 30 days of purchase and are to be returned in the original state. ​

It is important to note that not all goods purchased on lunaproducts.shop are eligible for a return/refund.

Conditions for Returns/Refunds

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The Goods are in the original packaging in which they were sent to you

Returning Goods

The customer is responsible for covering postage and packing costs when returning any items to us. The return address will be provided to you once customer services have initiated a returns process for your item(s).

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost when delivery takes place. Therefore, We recommend an insured and tracked mail service is used.
